 Atrial Fibrillation
- Must be taking warfarin or coumadin for the management of
your A-Fib.
- No history of stroke within the past 30 days
- No history of heart attacks

- Age 50-89 older.
- Must weigh less than 264 lbs.
- Must not smoke more than a pack of cigarettes per day.

- Type II Diabetes
- Must be currently treated with insulin glargine, or other intermediate- of long-acting insulin with or without other diabetic meds.

-Have no prior exposure to systemic isotretinoin or other retinoids.

-Age 18-75.
-Chronic plaque diagnosis for at least 6 months
-Plaque psoriasis covering 10% of body surface area

-Moderate to severe, chronic low back pain (lasting at least several hours daily) for at least 3 months
-Must be on opiod analgesic therapy
